Privacy Policy for TradologyAt Tradology, safeguarding your privacy and security is a top priority. This Tradology Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") outlines how Tradology and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Tradology,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handle the information we collect about you through our applications, websites, and other online services (collectively, the “Services”), as well as when you interact with us through our customer service channels.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide when you use or apply to use our Services or otherwise engage or communicate with us as described below:

-Identity Data: This includes your name, date of birth, marital status, social security number, photos of your face and government-issued identification documents, and other data on government-issued identification documents.
-Contact Data: This includes your email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
-Financial Data: This includes your bank account and payment card details, information about your income, account balances, financial transaction history, credit history, tax information, and credit scores.
-Profile Data: This includes your username and password, knowledge assessment results, interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.
-Stored Content: This includes photos from your mobile phone gallery or contacts stored in your mobile device or email accounts. We only collect this information with your permission.
-Additional Data You Provide: This includes information provided via focus groups, survey responses, contests/sweepstakes, customer support, data provided in memos when using our Pay & Request Service, or other means.

Information We Collect Automatically or Generate

We also collect certain information about you automatically when you use our Services, as described below:

-Usage Information: This includes information about your activity on our Services, such as device identifiers (like IP address or mobile device identifiers), pages or features you use, time and date of access, and other similar usage information.
-Transactional Information: This includes information about transactions you complete via the Services, such as transaction amount, type and nature of the transaction, and time and date of the transaction.
-Location Data: This includes the GPS location of your mobile device in accordance with your device permissions. We may also approximate your location by your IP address.
-Credit Card Rewards Information: This includes information relating to the credit card rewards you accumulate and redeem.
-Information Collected Through Tracking Technologies: We use technologies like cookies and web beacons to automatically collect certain types of usage and device information when you use our Services. -Connected Services: If you link, connect, or log in to your Tradology Account with a third-party service, that service may send us information such as your profile information.
-Publicly Available Data: This includes contact information, interactions with our social media platforms, and other information from publicly available sources.
-Advertising Data: We collect information in connection with our ad campaigns that surface on other platforms, such as the ads you click on and other interactions with our ads.
-Data from Other Users: If you are in another user’s contact list and they choose to disclose that list with us, we will collect the contact information and your association with that user.
-Credit Information: We may receive credit-related information about you from third parties, such as credit bureaus.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for purposes described below or as otherwise described to you at the point of collection:

-Maintain and provide the Services, including processing account applications, authenticating your identity, supporting, processing, and recording transactional information, and handling billing and account management.
-Send transactional or relationship information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, customer support responses, software updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, and information about your transactions.
-Communicate with you about offers and other things we think you will be interested in, such as newsletters, product announcements, partner offerings, surveys, contests or sweepstakes, events or announcements.
-Personalize our Services, such as by suggesting content or customizing content or ads we show you.

DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION

We disclose information about you in the instances described below:
-Authorized Vendors: We disclose information about you with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services for us, such as identification verification, fraud prevention, advertising, mailing services, tax and accounting services, contest fulfillment, web hosting, and analytics services.
-Banking and Credit Card Partners: We disclose information about you to entities such as banking partners, credit card issuers, and credit card rewards partners.
Companies in Which You Hold Securities: We may provide your information to companies in which you hold securities.
-Disclosure to Robinhood Affiliates:We may disclose your information to other companies owned or controlled by Tradology where appropriate. This includes entities like Tradology Securities, LLC, for custody services, or Tradology Credit, Inc., for credit card applications. Information shared may include your name, address, telephone number, and/or social security number. These affiliates will handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
-Substantial Corporate Transactions:Your information may be disclosed in connection with substantial corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcies.
-Legal Purposes:
We disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Tradology, our users, or the public.
-With Your Consent:
Information may be disclosed for other purposes with your consent.
-Sharing with Other Users:
We may share information with other users, such as through our Pay & Request Service. Your Pay & Request profile, including profile picture, username, full name, year joined, and transaction history, may be visible to other Tradology users.6.

Third-Party Tracking and Online Advertising:
We utilize third-party advertising and analytics services to understand your online activity and provide targeted advertisements. These services may collect information such as your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, and time spent. You can control your preferences for targeted advertising.

Do Not Track:
We currently do not respond to "do-not-track" signals from web browsers.

Your Controls:
You have control over your account profile, profile visibility, device data, communication preferences, affiliate sharing, and certain data sharing through our platform.

Additional US State Privacy Rights:
California and Virginia residents may have additional privacy rights, including the right to confirm, correct, or delete personal information, and the right to opt out of certain activities.

Children:
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, except for authorized users of our credit cards.

Transfer of Information:
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries, depending on your location.
